A small, focused tool built to end manual invoice data entry.

Sheetwise reads invoices, commercial documents, and packing lists — whether they come in as clean PDFs or a quick phone photo of a paper copy — and turns them into a clean, checked spreadsheet in seconds. No templates to set up, no accounts department to train, no software to install.

Why we built this

Re-typing invoice data into a spreadsheet is slow, repetitive, and an easy place for mistakes to creep in, especially for businesses that handle exports, freight, or supplier invoices in bulk. We built Sheetwise to take that one task off your plate: drop in your documents, and get back a file that's ready to use, with anything unusual flagged for a quick check rather than silently guessed.

How it works

Sheetwise uses AI document understanding to read each file, extract the relevant fields and line items, and check that the numbers add up. Anything it isn't confident about is flagged for you to review before you download — we'd rather ask than quietly get it wrong.
