This page explains what happens to your data when you use TheSheetwise.

Documents you upload

Invoices and documents you upload are processed in memory to extract their data and are not stored on our servers after processing completes. They are sent to our AI processing provider (Google's Gemini API) solely to perform the extraction, and are not used to train any model.

Account information

We store your email address and a securely hashed password to operate your account, track your monthly free page usage, and apply any purchased credits. We do not sell this information.

Payment information

Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details. We retain only the order ID and number of pages purchased, to credit your account.

Usage data

We track how many pages you've processed each month, to apply free limits and purchased credits correctly. We may use anonymized, aggregate usage statistics to improve the service.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@thesheetwise.com.
